Beat Carnival Costume Trainee Programme January and February 2021

Beat Carnival wants to expand the number of available people who have the enthusiasm and skills necessary to be members of our Costume Team.

Beat's Director gives you a look at our carnival arts workshop space in Belfast [May 2020]. Beat Carnival Centre is closed during the Coronavirus crisis and weekly programmes are transferred to online meetings and activities.

We had a very successful arts education/participation meeting of the Trans Europe Halles Arts Education Platform at the end of March.

IMAGINE, CREATE AND CRITIQUE, a European Arts Education Seminar starts Wednesday evening (27 March) with a Youth Arts Action workshop. The core participation of the Seminar programme is an Arts Education Platform initiated by the Trans Europe Halles network of independent cultural centres across Europe. Beat Carnival's Director is on the Steering Group of the Platform.
