We had a very successful arts education/participation meeting of the Trans Europe Halles Arts Education Platform at the end of March.

IMAGINE, CREATE AND CRITIQUE, a European Arts Education Seminar starts Wednesday evening (27 March) with a Youth Arts Action workshop. The core participation of the Seminar programme is an Arts Education Platform initiated by the Trans Europe Halles network of independent cultural centres across Europe. Beat Carnival's Director is on the Steering Group of the Platform.

There was a great turnout of both participants and audience and a warm atmosphere despite ice-cold, wintry wind on 17 March 2018. Parade created by Beat Carnival with community groups and artists, for Belfast City Council.
