Beat Carnival is seeking a Youth and Community Arts Co-ordinator to deliver and co-ordinate Our Space, our inclusive youth arts programme for young people across Greater Belfast.
Working closely with the Programme Director, the role will involve planning and co-ordinating creative programmes, supporting artists and facilitators, building relationships with young people and partners, and delivering workshops focused on creativity, leadership and social action.
This is a freelance, fixed-term role (18 hours per week, excluding workshop delivery) running until July 2028, ideal for someone with experience in community arts or youth work who shares Beat Carnival’s values of inclusion, collaboration and creative ambition.

Fee: £13–£16/hr + £90 per workshop
