Would you like to be part of Belfast Pride 2026 parade on Saturday 25th July?
We are working with Belfast Pride to create a colourful float to head up this year’s parade. The float will reflect Belfast Pride’s 35th birthday theme of ‘Love in Every Colour’ – perfect for a dazzling float and costumes!
We’re looking for people from all backgrounds aged 18+ who would like to take part in the parade with us.
Sign up for our relaxed, free workshops where you can share stories, have a bit of craic, and help bring our carnival float to life through writing, costume, design, walking or performance (no previous experience necessary).
Workshops will take place at Beat Carnival Centre on Monday 1st and Wednesday 3rd June 2026, 6.00-8.00pm. You can come to one or both workshops – just let us know.
As well as welcoming people with LGBTQIA+ lived experience, we’d also love to hear from all friends and allies who wish to celebrate ‘Love in Every Colour’ with us.
These relaxed and fun workshops will be facilitated by Beat Carnival’s artistic director Andrew Loretto and freelance movement artist Rosie Mullin.
