You are invited to join the Beat Carnival’s workshop programme for the St Patrick’s Day Carnival Parade 2016 on Thursday 17th March at 12 noon.
Community groups will receive two workshops of two hours duration each, with professional artists, to make something to wear or use as a prop in the carnival.
We’re also recruiting dance and performance groups who wish to show off their talents in the streets.
